Course Description
This course provides a broad experience of fine art with the opportunity to focus on painting or sculpture. A practical, studio-based orientation allows students optimum opportunity to develop their personal creative skills. The breadth of study, encompassing lens-based recording techniques and digital imaging as well as the more traditional areas, ensures that diploma holders are equipped for a range of both creative and technical careers in fine art. All aspects of the course are underpinned by a solid grounding in critical and contextual studies.
