Course Description
Spring in the Ironbridge Gorge brings with it a stunning display of wild garlic with carpets of white flowers and a wonderful heady aroma. Participants go for a walk in the woods surrounding the Green Wood Centre, learn about the uses of wild garlic and take home some recipe ideas.
