Course Description
This course will develop students understanding of fashion and textiles and help them to prepare an art portfolio for university. They will learn through practical and critical activities to express and gain knowledge of the different areas within fashion and textiles by creating sketchbooks full of research, ideas and development. Students can progress to an art foundation course, foundation degree courses in fashion design, textiles, knitwear design and accessory design.
Entry Requirements
Students should have 4 GCSE grades A-C or pass at GNVQ Intermediate or BTEC First Diploma in art and design.
