This course is designed to mirror the real world of fashion photography; student are therefore encouraged to live and breathe fashion, and learn how to deliver concepts through the lens.
Level 1: Fashion photography (briefs and commissions); fashion photography (independent practice); photography skills and technique; creative industries histories, theories and contexts; optional module from within the school of media and performance (including creative writing, journalism, film, digital media, television, advertising and public relations, performance (music, theatre and dance). Level 2: Fashion photography (briefs and commissions); fashion photography (independent practice); creative industries histories, theories and contexts; professional practice; 2 optional modules from within the school of media and performance (including creative writing, journalism, film, digital media, television, advertising and public realtions, performance (music, theatre and dance). Level 3: Fashion photography portfolio 1; fashion photography portfolio 2; dissertation; professional practice.
