This course covers units that include a range of fabrication skills covering marking out components, cutting and forming sheet metal components, developing and marking out templates and assembling components using mechanical fasteners, adhesives or welding processes such as MAGS, MMA or Spot welding, slinging, lifting and moving materials, producing and finishing holes using drilling machines, cutting and shaping materials using portable thermal cutting equipment, cutting materials using saws and abrasive discs.
