This qualification is for individuals who are working, or seeking employment in the event stewarding or spectator

safety industry.

Unit 1 How Stewards Prepare for Spectator Events

Unit 2 How Stewards Control the Entry, Exit and Movement of Spectators at Events

Unit 3 How Stewards Monitor Crowds and Respond to Potential Crowd Problems at Spectator Events

Unit 4 How to Respond to Injuries, Illnesses and Other Emergencies in Active Leisure and Learning

Gaining the qualification

You will be required to undertake a mix of written assignments and worksheets to achieve the qualification.

Upon completion you will receive a certificate from Edexcel which will acknowledge units you have achieved.
