The course is aimed at students who are interested in joining the property profession, either in the UK or in continental Europe, this intensive course of study is ideal; it provides students with a challenging opportunity to study how land and property work within a European context; if candidates have a high-level knowledge of a second European language they also have the chance to develop their skills in the technical area of property.
Core modules: European built environment law; European development economics; European project; European real estate investment practice; professional practice (real estate); real estate investment and appraisal principles; sustainable European built environment; research modules: conference paper; dissertation; research concepts for the built environment; research proposal for dissertation.
