The course develops the expertise for employment in any of the many areas for which those trained in EU law are in great demand such as for those involved in law and policy in the recent rounds of accession.
Compulsory modules: Dissertation; students take 120 credits of option modules from: aspects of European private law (15); EC competition law (15); EC consumer law (30); EC consumer protection (15); EC Consumer protection and advertising (15); EC internal market law (30); environmental law (30); European community litigation (30); European company law (30); European convention on human rights (30); European environmental law and regulation (15); international and European refugee law (30); modern European commercial legal history (30); monetary movements, monetary union and financial services in the EU (15).
