Course Description
To operate successfully, an organisation must have a thorough understanding of what its equipment costs and how to use it efficiently. During this course, you'll explore the factors that you must take into account when calculating how much equipment costs and you'll be shown how to carry out a 'cost benefit analysis'. You'll also learn how to maximise the efficiency of your equipment and how to assess the impact of faulty and idle equipment on your business.
