Course Description
This course which will enable participants to apply theoretical knowledge to work within the equine industry. It including: equine anatomy and physiology; practical horse husbandry and management; equine nutrition and reproduction; foundations of injury, disease and repair in the equine; work-based learning and management of the equine environment; ground skills and riding; the equine industries; physiology of equine exercise, equine sports injury and therapy; equine behaviour and current welfare issues; equitation or breeding and stud management.
