The programme uses the insights, methods and skills of environmental geography and environmental social science to study the historical, environmental, social, economic and political dimensions of climate change; the programme allows students to understand the natural and human drivers of climate change and the varied responses of individuals and societies around the world to the challenges climate change raises.
Modules include: Atmosphere and ocean; biodiversity in a changing world; dynamic earth; climate change science and policy; history and the environment; natural resources and environmental economics.
