This programme offers a flexible route to a 1st degree for registered healthcare practitioners wishing to extend their professional knowledge and competence, thus enhancing their professional practice to meet the demands of a dynamic professional environment; this programme is awarded to a candidate who has successfully completed an approved individually negotiated programme of study; the programme of study includes elements of subject specific professional practice, professional development, and evidence-based practice and culminates in the submission of a subject specific dissertation or practice-based project.
