This course is for people whose first language is not English and who only have a basic level of English. It runs from January to June and follows the September to December course at the same level. The course is designed to develop all four skills (reading, writing, listening and speaking), build on the basic structures that students already know and continue developing students vocabulary. All students will work towards the Trinity College of London Entry 2 Certificate in Skills for Life. (Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing). Students will normally take these exams in May/June.
All students must be assessed by a member of the EFL staff before enrolling on a course.
