Based on the Cornwall Campus, the programme teaches energy policy through a �whole� system perspective; that is, while energy technologies and their economics are important, so are other factors such as human consumption and behaviour as well as institutional, innovation, social, political and cultural issues.
Compulsory modules: dissertation; issues in energy economics; introduction to energy policy and sustainability; Master�s context (climate change and sustainable development); policy making for a low carbon future; research methods; option modules chosen from: energy options and sustainability; energy use in a carbon-constrained world; energy finance and risk management; managing energy demand; understanding and communicating climate change science.
