Course Description
This course is for those wanting to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to conceive, design, implement and deploy dedicated embedded systems. There is the opportunity to gain a sound understanding of key aspects of this exciting field, such as digital signal processing/processors, control systems, mechatronics, networks, digital media and much more. By the end of the course, students will have developed the technical skills and professional attitudes needed to progress careers in this rapidly evolving and key technical sector. In response to the needs of the industry, this course is offered with a management studies option. This innovative new combined course enables participants to develop key business and management skills and is ideal for students with a background in IT/computing/Engineering who wish to specialise in the area of networking and data communications, while also developing the broad skill set and knowledge needed to fast-track their career in leading and managing successful teams and projects.

Entry Requirements
Good honours degree or equivalent in computer science, IT, Electronics, Engineering or Mathematics or substantial relevant work experience. International students must have an IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent.
