This programme focuses on hardware and software integration methodologies together with the incorporation of modern neuro-fuzzy technologies, with the aim of developing systems that are able to improve their effectiveness through learning; such systems can include autonomous robots and media-processing-intensive PDAs; students study leading-edge applications such as biometric authentication and speech-based interaction.
