Course Description
The course is suitable for students wanting knowledge of epilation - electrolysis to add to their existing qualifications. Epilation of the hair follicle, including diathermy, galvanic and blend methods. Students will learn how to effectively remove hair using galvanic, high frequency and blend epilation methods. They will study hair growth patterns, reasons for superfluous hair growth, relevant hygiene precautions, contra-indications to treatment and suitable after-care advice.

Entry Requirements
Students must have completed a recognised level 2 beauty therapy qualification, and a good command of written and oral English.
