Course Description
The course focuses on the application of scientific techniques to ancient remains. The range of suitable methods for biomedical Egyptology research has expanded alongside the recent growth in biomedical research. Many of these procedures have had to be developed or altered to make them suitable for use with ancient artefacts such as Egyptian mummies. Several techniques form the main body of research undertaken at Manchester, these include endoscopy, radiology and histology.
Course Fees
For entry in the academic year 2008-09, the tuition fees are £5,380 - £15,610 per annum for UK/EU students. Course fees are subject to change and you are advised to check the current details with the course provider before enrolling on this course.

An Upper Second class Honours degree or the international equivalent.
