This course provides participants the opportunity to develop the knowledge, abilities and attitudes relevant to teaching in post compulsory education and training. It consists of planning to teach in the lifelong learning sector, enabling learning and assessment, theories and principles for planning and enabling learning in year one and in year two modules are continuing personal and professional development, curriculum development for inclusive practice wider professional practice.
Participants should have achieved any one of the following: at least 1 A Level, BTEC National Diploma, City and Guilds Advanced, National Certificate, GNVQ Advanced, Advanced Vocational A Levels or NVQ Level 3.
