It will involve academic study and evaluation of current research, theory and models in the area of management. It will also have a strong practical focus to enable learners to apply management techniques and skills to realistic scenarios. It will provide a professional qualification for students who are practising managers or who wish to change career and pursue a career in management.
Students will need an appropriate qualification to study this course, such as a Certificate in Management Studies, a relevant degree or equivalent. Applicants should also have a minimum of three years middle management experience. They will need to complete a diagnostic test and be invited to an informal interview with the course tutor.
