This course is for people with an interest in learning basic bookkeeping and accounting, and who also want to improve their general English. They will learn basic bookkeeping procedures including: posting to accounts ledgers, recording cash and credit transactions, preparing bank reconciliation, maintaining petty cash, maintaining cash book, maintaining ledgers computerised, creating accounts using computerised software, processing sales and purchases. They will improve your general English in a programme which includes grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, speaking and listening. They will also study numeracy and IT.
Students will need to have achieved Entry Level 3 in reading, writing, speaking and listening.
