This course helps students to improve their English and develop skills for office based work. ESOL examinations will occur throughout the duration of the course. Course content: English: reading writing speaking and listening grammar citizenship Office Skills (reception duties health & safety filing telephone skills) Job search skills (applying for jobs and interview skills) ICT - touch typing and Microsoft Office Maths tutorial support A two week work placement in an office After this course: Progression to level 1 qualification or employment.
You will be asked to take an assessment in English to make sure you are at the right level for the course.
