This course will provide students with the essential knowledge and skills to prepare and cook food across a range of environments within the hospitality and catering sector. It will enable them to gain confidence and deliver a high level of service. It covers subjects that include: cleaning, contribute to effective team work, handle and maintaining knives, hygiene, maintain a safe and secure environment.
Students will need to come to the College for an interview and a short test. They also need to have a reasonable understanding of Maths and English.
