This course covers the following units: Supervision and Leadership in the Hospitality and Catering Industry, Productive Working Relationships with colleagues, Contribute and Control the Type of Resources Available Within the Catering Industry, Supervise Food Production, Functions and Food Service Operations, Customer Service (including monitoring and solving customer and team problems) and Development of Recipes and Menus (by ensuring food safety practices and serving of food and drink).
Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C, or full level 2 vocational qualification at merit level with 2 GCSEs at grade C, or a Higher Diploma.
