This course is designed to be practised by people of all abilities, all fitness levels and all ages. Dru translates as the "still point". It is the calm in the eye of the storm, the refuge people seek where they can be free from the stresses and strains of the modern world. Dru yoga is a gentle yet very effective form of yoga based on flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation which work on body, mind and soul. The subtle movements along with postures help to release stiffness and aching in the muscles and joints, improve strength and flexibility, and help to improve core stability. It also works on building feelings of positivity, deep relaxation and rejuvenation.
