This course is designed for students who enjoy reading and watching plays and taking part in drama as a performer director or designer. It as one written unit (60%) and one practical unit (40%) the written unit consists of the study of one set play in terms of its performance potential and of live productions seen during the course. In the practical units they will present a performance working in a group. Its content are Live theatre production seen and prescribed play Presentation of an extract from a play.
You must be aged 16-18. Students need to have 5 GCSE passes (Grades A - C) in one sitting including Maths or English. In addition to do this subject they should have a pass grade in GCSE English. Those without grade C in GCSE Maths must enrol for GCSE Maths.
