This is a practical drama course and includes breathing exercises, movement/dance and acting. It will help you feel more confident in front of others. The activities will help you to relax and concentrate. The classes will consist of a variety of activities and will be fun! The course is for all levels of ability, but you should be able to get to and from the classroom without help from the tutor- your own helper would be most welcome. The activities are suitable for those who wish or need to remain seated and /or those who can stand for a short time.
