At all don Quijote schools in Spain and Mexico the same teaching method and price structure (apart from lodging supplements in Barcelona, Madrid and Tenerife) is used, allowing students to combine a stay in different locations while attending one continuous course.

The don Quijote schools have an extensive programme of intensive and super-intensive Spanish courses for all levels from beginner to mastery. These range in length from 1 to 40 weeks and start every Monday throughout the year. In addition there are subjects such as business and tourism available plus a wide variety of specialist programmes and also private tuition which can be arranged to take place at any time. Most of the schools offer preparation courses for the examination for the DELE certificate (Spanish as a foreign language).

Students at don Quijote differ greatly in age, origin, cultural background and in their reasons for learning Spanish - these differences can add value to a Spanish course. The way of life and the cultural aspects of don Quijote students are the subject of lively discussion during the lessons. Students come to us from over 60 countries, the minimum age is 18 years and there is no upper limit. Most come on their own and around 30 per cent have no knowledge of Spanish before the start of their course.
