On this 36-week course, you will develop knowledge and practical skills to reach standards recognised by the industry. You will gain new knowledge and skills in surface preparation, painting, paperhanging and basic specialist finishes. There are class-based technology and theory lessons, as well as Key Skills in application of number and/or communications. You will be working from height on access equipment and will come into contact with oil and water based materials. You will need to have and wear correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
A good command of English (GCSE A-E).
