The Diploma in International Cuisine is an exciting level three year full-time work related course for students who benefit from employer involvement and work experience. The course provides introduction to the world of international hospitality.
Students should have successfully completed their Secondary School Certificate and Higher Secondary School Certificate (10+2). Minimum of 6 months' work experience in the kitchen. For students whose first language is not English an IELTS Band of 5.

we are now eight weeks into this course and the college have failed to provide a teacher for the 4 hour practicals so a lab technician with pigeon english is taking it instead.but that is only part of our problems....more

The computers do not have enough software installed for us to complete certain aspects of our course. The teachers are fine . This college has given me great satisfaction overal all...more
I actually would like the course much better if we had more practical sessions instead of it being all course work based...more
