This course covers the fundamental skills and knowledge of different key business topics. It equips students with subject related knowledge, together with English Language capabilities and higher level study skills, designed to ensure that they progress with confidence. The units include Quantitative Methods for Business and Management, Business Economics in a Global Environment, Business Information Systems, Marketing in the Operational Context, etc. On successful completion of this course they are guaranteed progression to Year 2 of a Nottingham Trent University degree.
