The Dinner Party courses are graded into three modules - Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced for different levels of experience and confidence. Each course will work on the essentials including knife skills and butchery, stocks and sauces and bread making. The Intermediate course is for those who have some experience of cooking but feel limited by their range of skills. The course will introduce more advanced skills and styles of food.
