This is a course in which there is a balance between design and the development of practical skills in both fashion and textiles; by combining fashion with textiles exciting new concepts are possible which offers the maximum opportunity for design development.
Modules include: Visual Studies (observation, drawing, painting and fashion illustration); cultural and supporting Studies (history of art, history of fashion and textile design); information technology and business studies; textile design and production techniques; fashion design, illustration, pattern drafting and garment construction.
