This course is ideal for people either interested in, or currently engaged, in a nursing/residential care course explains facts about dementia and shows students how they can combine key ingredients of people-centred care in order to improve the daily life of those with dementia. To provide excellent quality care, care-staff will learn to recognise people with dementia as whole individuals, and understand all the needs that sufferers with varying conditions have.
The good news is that no prior learning knowledge or experience is essential to take this course. This course is openly available to anyone wishing to learn more about Positive Dementia Care and would like to take part in a highly rewarding home study course.
