Students develop an understanding of dance as an art form, which allows expression and can help personal creativity, performance, community development and education; the course offers students the opportunity to develop the use of the body and explore a range of dance styles, techniques and approaches to choreography; in the final year students have the opportunity to develop skills in using dance in performance, community and therapeutic contexts; today's property market is huge, and the need for people to manage increasingly high-value and diverse property portfolios continues to grow; property development covers everything from renovating a small house to multi-million pound development schemes, and the course has been developed to reflect this.
