    Adam gives us an insight into his catering course and tells us about his future catering plans… Name: Adam Clark Institution: Lewisham College  ‘I used to work in a pub kitchen, so that’s where I got a taste for cooking. I really developed a love of food there, so I came to Lewisham College during an open day to find out about catering courses. I was really impressed with the facilities on offer so I enrolled.
