In this course, participants will learn how to weigh up evidence and decide what makes evidence credible, as well as the differences between argument, disagreement and discussion. They will develop their critical thinking skills in all their A-Level subjects but this subject focuses on them alone, developing their ability to interpret, analyse and evaluate ideas and arguments. It covers units which include: ethical reasoning and decision making and critical reasoning.
Participants should have a minimum of a C grade in AS Critical Thinking.
