This course covers what happens before a crisis. Every week some organisation or business faces a situation which could threaten its very existence. In the last decade students have seen: the 9:11 terrorist strikes on the USA; the virtual meltdown of the world’s banking system; foot and mouth disease, SARS, swine flu; organised computer hacking by international criminals.
