This course is designed for staff currently involved in credit control and credit management at all levels; staff about to take on more responsibility for credit management; staff newly appointed to these areas and anyone in business wanting to improve their cash flow and reduce bad debts. In this course learners will gain an affirmation of what good credit control practices are, an appreciation of the skills required to work closely with the sales department, an understanding of the different customer trading types and the laws pertaining to them.
