This course for credit controllers working at the business end of collection, Its content includes Account Opening and Terms of Trade, together with Account Collection and the available 'weapons and sanctions'. It looks at telephone collection and how to deal with 'difficult' customers and how to develop a Credit and Collection Policy and create a Collection Programme that works.
