Improve your ability to write for particular audiences, eg readers of specialist magazines or Sunday supplements, children, teenagers or older people. Improve yours skills in characterisation. Gain confidence in submitting work for publication. Learn about self publishing. Practise reading your work out loud before an audience. Students can choose which of these to prioritise during the course.
