This course is designed with the creative musician and entrepreneur in mind. It is an experiential course. Throughout the programme, students will prepare to develop their craft using all the latest technologies used within the industry of sound recording, sound editing, mixing, psychoacoustics and web authorising enabling them to fully appreciate the demands of using up-to-date hardware and software equipment. On completion, they will be able to progress, via an appropriate induction programme, to the final year of a relevant honours degree within their chosen field of study.
Students should have completed five GCSE passes (C or above) including two at A level (Grade C or above), advanced GNVQ at Merit, EDEXCEL National Diploma 75% of modules at Merit and Access to HE certificate.
