Course Description
This course will help students to gain skills needed to work as a counsellor and set up their own counselling practice, helping clients deal with a wide range of emotional disorders and problems. It includes models of behaviour and psychology, behavioural and emotional disorders, counselling skills and effective therapeutic responses. It leads to a Level 3 Diploma.

Assessment method
Students will be assessed by a number of tutor marked assessments as part of their coursework and then forward to their tutor. These consist of tasks and short questions on specific topics within the course.
