This course is designed to enhance communication skills and personal development and will be useful to anybody whether in a personal, professional or academic context. You will be introduced to basic counselling skills and the theories behind them and you will discuss how they impact on the way we live our lives. Various theories will be discussed but the course will be based mainly on the person-centred theory of Carl Rogers. A large part of the course will emphasise on interacting with and learning from one another. This course is ideal for all age groups.
