This course trains set and costume designers, costume interpreters and supervisors for the performance industries; there is a specific focus on developing a conceptual understanding of performance design.
Year 1: Students learn both design and making skills and then make a specialist pathway choice at the end of the year. Year 2: Is about learning advanced technical skills within a chosen specialism. Year 3: Students continue to expand their portfolio of skills in a chosen specialism and have the opportunity to work on film and theatre projects.
