Course Description
On this course students learn how to prepare specifications and contract documents for use in client discussions, budgetary approval, appointing contractors and giving best value for money. On the second day they explore how cost estimating is performed by the contracting industry, giving them a sound understanding for compiling competitive cost quotations for design and build work.
