Course Description
This course will make participants who act for small companies aware of the latest developments in Corporation Tax and also include an appraisal of the most recent changes in legislation and case law and the protective steps that clients may need to implement to take maximum advantage of these. The course will bring participants up to date on the familiar and not so familiar elements of corporation tax. It will enable any practitioner who deals with companies to discuss the current issues and point the way to resolving them. The course includes 3 hours of Continuing Professional Development.
