Course Description
Are you an enthusiastic novice in the kitchen, keen to lay down the foundations for a lifetimes confident and successful cooking? Or are you a competent cook who would like to hone and perfect your kitchen skills and techniques? Our all-new Techniques course will help you master the essentials, along with a few chefs secrets, that will give you renewed confidence in your kitchen capabilities.

Poached lobster with wild rice and young spinach leaves, choron sauce
Marinated Squid, olive, caper and tomato salsa, crispy leeks
Squid ink cannelloni with spicy crab, fruit curry sauce
Verde Tortellini with morel mushrooms and roasted pumpkin, ginger-scented emulsion
Saddle rabbit stuffed with caramelised pears and Silton Courgette flowers with celeriac mash, sweet and sour sauce
Osso bucco, gremolata crust, saffron risotto
Jerusalem artichoke gratin
