Please note: You must bring to each class the following utensils 1 knife, 1 Apron, Few pans i.e. one dip pan and 1 frying pan, containers to take food home, plus all the ingredients for each recipe. The first recipe ingredients are as follows: Tandori Chicken: 1.5 kg whole chicken, 2 teaspoons salt, 2 table lemon juice, or 1 whole lemon, 4 tablespoons of ghee, half a teaspoon of saffron, 4 red chilli, 1 and a half teaspoon of turmeric, 2 tablespoons of coriander powder, 2 tablespoons of gram masala, 6 clove of garlic, 1 medium onion, 15 gms of ginger, 1 lemon for garnish. Recipe for Parathas: 200 gms chappati flour, ghee, yoghurt Greek 400gms,1 pint of full cream milk, salt. Recipe for Potatoes and Tomatoes: 200 gms New potatoes, 100gms tomatoes, 1 medium onion, bunch of coriander, 1 chilli, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, garlic and some ginger. This recipe serves 6 persons. Divide quantities if you want to serve 2 persons.
