This course is designed to enhance their cookery skills. Participants will be using the finest ingredients in a friendly and professional environment and be able to take home the food they produce. Cook Sharp will enable them to enjoy cooking and instil confidence and ability, so they can create their own dishes for dinner parties, friends or family. They will be preparing and cooking a selection of food items suitable for BBQ cookery including home made burgers, marinating chicken and shish kebabs.
